HydroCore is owner-operated. We combine professional restoration training with hands-on experience in water damage, mold remediation, structural drying, crawl space moisture control, and property restoration, and we take the time to explain both the problem and the solution.
Josh is co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of HydroCore and leads all of our crews. As an IICRC Certified Pro Technician, he brings professional restoration training and hands-on experience to every project, from emergency water extraction to crawl space encapsulation and structural repair.
Kayla is co-owner of HydroCore and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. She brings years of experience in business ownership, property management, and renovations, and in working directly with homeowners and contractors. She understands what property owners need: clear answers, fair recommendations, and work that holds up.
At HydroCore, Jessica helps support scheduling, customer communication, business development, and professional relationships throughout the community. As a Corbin local, she understands the importance of trust, accountability, and taking care of the people you serve.
Jessica leads by example and brings a thoughtful, professional approach to everything she does. Whether she is helping a customer, building relationships, or keeping things organized behind the scenes, her goal is always to help the team operate efficiently and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Alex is part of the HydroCore field crew, working under Josh's lead on water damage, mold, crawl space, drainage, and repair projects across Corbin and the surrounding area.
